I have never had so many issues with a mortgage process.
Scott's Tip: Go somewhere else. They had no clue what was going on. They tried increasing rates they tried to add all kinds of fees to the closing. You can’t just agree to what they say. I had to do a lot of work on my side to keep them honest or I would of paid a lot more at closing then I should of. They made so many mistakes if I didn’t stay onto of them the closing date would of been delayed.

Jim's Tip: Start collecting pay stubs, W2s, past addresses, bank statements, etc all before you go under contract. This will help speed along the start of the loan.
