Exceptional Customer Service!
After dealing with the death of a parent, Dawn helped walk us through the process of purchasing our parent's home back from the reverse mortgage company. With everything we were dealing with at the time, we never felt overwhelmed in the process because of Dawn. With her knowledge and experience she knew exactly what to do and handled the entire process smoothly. If we ever had questions or didn't understand she would immediately take our calls, text or emails and respond right away to alleviate any concerns we had.
