Surprised
I was surprised how many times I had to provide the same info to multiple people at FBC. It seemed like they were not communicating with each other in the office. I was surprised at how much info was required when I put down half the asking price. My retirement incomes more than covered everything required to complete this purchase but FBC was very concerned about my wife's income. We were notified very late in the process of a letter needed from the VA to close which delayed closing for a week.
