Brad and his team at FBC mortgage were great to work with. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and guided me to the right loan for my family. He was readily available and we had a 5 hour time difference. In the end the main reason i chose FBC was their consistency and honesty I was shopping them vs online competition and almost always without fail the online competitors loan estimates would be different the the discussions we would have on the phone. Ultimately I am very satisfied with my decision to use FBC mortgage. Do not hesitate to call Brad for any of your mortgage needs

Ease of purchase
Purchasing a home in itself is an easy thing to do if you are a first time buyer, at least thats how it was for us. Our second home purchase process was such a headache but this third time when we found Brad with FBC it was just as easy as our first. Brad was always quick to respond and the email updates were a big help in knowing where the loan process was. If we ever need to purchase another home we will be calling Brad.
