Andrew was an absolutely outstanding representative of the company. He consistently acted with the upmost professionalism. Him and Travis were both such valuable resources in the processing of our loan, and if there is ever the opportunity to use them or FBC again we will. A huge thank you to them both for the all the help and guidance they gave throughout this process. They were both always so quick to respond to any form of communication and always did so with courtesy and respect. They are assets to FBC and provide such a positive representation of the company. Loan officer was interested in locking in a interest rate, then disappeared. Several people were calling with really no initial identification asking for information and loan officer unavailable to explain cause for alert from a security perspective. Upon closing, received FBC email and never heard from loan officer again
Darryl's Tip: Loan officer becomes face of company and key to customers experience. Loan officer should notify / introduce customer when and who is going to be contacting customer. The support team ask for sensitive information and cold calls for information is a security risk.
