Best Buying Experience EVER!

I began looking for homes back in June of this year and just happened upon a realtor that suggested that she knew an amazing lady that would be able to help me with this process without all of the run around. Then I was contacted by Amy and let's just say her professionalism and personable personality made me feel at easy immediately. We found a home the end of July, our offer was accepted which is when Amy came in and took over, she was very patient, explaining how things work form A to Z even when I asked for a thousand questions she always had the answer to me within 24 hours. She was even VERY accommodating when we asked to move the closing date up about 2 weeks earlier than planned and she was able to make it happen! We are now closing on the 30th of this month. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her team, they all have been amazing from the beginning, I would recommend FBC mortgage to everyone who will listen! This process was, by far, the best experience I could have ever hoped for.

Two Month Headache

This was my first time purchasing a home. As a young, recent graduate I was unsure of the process of buying home. Amy was helpful to an extent. However, there were constantly issues popping up through the closing process. I would have to check my email all day, everyday because there was constantly some unseen issue popping up. As a professional company I expected more from them. It seemed as though they were just winging it at many points. My closing date was changed numerous times after moving plans were already set in stone. The final nail in the coffin happened on closing date. I was informed a couple hours before closing that I needed to bring a large sum of money to closing. That is very unprofessional in my opinion to not be on top of serious details like that. The loan counselor seemed snippy and bothered at times. As a first time buyer there were many things I had no clue about. It would have been nice to not feel like I was an annoyance every time I asked a question.

Personal Service that goes above and beyond

Let me start by saying that this purchase would never have happened without Amy and her team.. We had issues and the seller had issues. Through it all Amy and her team, Kelsey and Gina, were there for us every step of the way.From the beginning, when other banks didn't even want to talk to me, Amy went out of her way to help me.Throughout the process, when something needed to be addressed, they were quick to communicate and any issues that cropped up were quickly resolved. When the clock was ticking, Amy and her team went above and beyond to get the closing done on time. I can't recommend Amy and her team , Kelsey and Gina, highly enough.
