I would like to express my gratitude to Mindy for seamlessly guiding me through the 4 month process, despite encountering a few obstacles along the way I did not get discouraged with Mindy support. The rating provided is a specific thank you to Corey Ward for his consistent and professional customer support throughout the loan process. There were many individuals involved with access to sensitive personal information; I began to feel concern for data security. There were requests for review and signing of documents using applications from MHC, FBC, and Parkway Real Estate Attorney personnel. There were personnel changes made during the process without notification. As we approached closing I felt there may have been a disconnect between the entities involved. While I understand the lender’s need to ensure loans are extended to creditable borrowers, the volume of information requested to secure this loan, even with a credit score of 795 and adequate income to indicate my ability to pay left me feeling disrespected and exhausted. I would hope someone will read this review, walk through the process with the borrower/customer in mind and address steps to streamline the process.
Pamela's Tip: Recommend future clients maintain contact with the originating Loan Officer throughout the process to ensure up to date status of the loan.
