Had a really good experience
I had really good experience with Home Loans today and with my loan officer with my refinancing needs. I would probably recommend hiring a better appraiser to them. Other than that, i was completely satisfied. This was my second mortgage transaction with HLT and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Fast and Great Responce to all Questions
Audrey was great. All was processed fast, and I was able to do the refi quickly. There was some confusion with final payoff amount as my servicer had just paid off my insurance and taxes. It's frustrating as it's the same company, but I get that it's just part of the process.

I was skeptical about using an internet-based mortgage company, but our experience with Chelsea at Home LoansToday was overwhelmingly positive. Everything was handled through timely communication via phone and email. Documents were uploaded and signed through a secure website. The staff worked with us to expedite the mortgage to meet our builder's vague timeline.

I've had several mortgage loans in the past and was skeptical about obtaining a mortgage through an online quote. However the process was as straightforward and simple as my other previous conventional loans. My loan officer, William Brant, was easy to reach by telephone and email and always prompt to respond if he had been unavailable. He was able to answer my questions and provided clarification to any issues that arose. I have no complaints regarding this officer and loan process

Awesome Anthony!
My realtor gave Anthony the nickname "Awesome Anthony" and he proved she was right. I was weary of Home Loans Today because I had never heard of them, but they had the best rates and my first impression with Anthony was great. We put an offer in on a house on July 31 and pulled our offer on August 7 due to the inspection. We put an offer in on a different house on August 7, finished negotiations on August 11 and closed on August 31! Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable, and available at a moments notice. His response time was impeccable and he really helped me through the whole process. Tonya was also amazing and a huge help. She was also instrumental in closing so quick. Anthony will be my first call when we buy our next home!
Jennifer's Tip: Anthony and Tonya can only work so many miracles, you have to respond and provide them everything they need promptly in order to have as quick of a close as I did (I would respond within minutes).
