Little to No Communication
I never spoke to Greg personally throughout my loan process. I only received random automated emails. He only spoke to the on-site agent in which he told her days before closing that he had not received any of my documents and his loan processor, Craig was my loan processor. The entire process, I worked alongside Samantha Peters who needs a major raise. She was always available by phone or email and always answered all of my questions and concerns. The one star goes to her and her hard work. Greg does not care about you and is only there for the check. I would not recommend this company to any new homebuyers. The fact that they have a high turnover rate and you may start and end with another loan officer is saying a lot. Neither him or Greg communicated very well, if at all.

If you’re looking for an exceptional team, look no further. Cathy Gapen and her team are the greatest in the biz. They go OVER AND BEYOND the norm to make sure their clients are taken care of. I lost my home due to a large amount of debt I couldn’t pay. I am currently staying with some family friends in West Virginia which I am not really comfortable with because I love privacy in a large space. I tried applying for a loan in October so I could get a bigger apartment for myself. All along, I thought I had a clean record only to find out that I had an initial eviction and some other negatives with a very low score of 495 which prevented me from getting the loan I seek. From start to finish, Spencer was incredible to work with! During the initial application/pre-approval process, Spencer made himself available on evenings and weekends to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered!
