Good support for remote close
During the Covid 19 period, this lender does provide all the support required for a remote close (like digital signature). Only comments for improvement are: 1) Seems between the Loan Company different department the communication can be better. Example is that I used their insurance division for the home insurance, but seems this was not communicated to the loan processor. 2) There were some requirements for the loan application that seemed to be unnecessary or in my previous experiences with other mortgage companies have not been needed (like letter from employer certifying that I can work from remote)

Best refi ever!
I reached out to Shelly Klein who we worked with 5 years ago on our current mortgage and asked her about refinancing with the lower interest rates. Shelly took it from there and made the process so easy! We also worked with Stephanie FERA-Haygood, Denny Cominsky, and Angie Kontny. Joe Mooney was our notary to close. We’d like to thank the entire team for a great job! From the first email to closing day the process was just a little more than two weeks! We couldn’t be more satisfied with FBC!
