From day 1 working with Sam, he provided me with cost estimates so I could see an estimate on what my mortgage would cost. He stayed in touch throughout the several months while we were searching for our new home. In the end, I got the best rate from Sam and his team. I was able to submit and sign documents using just my smart phone as well making the process flow seamlessly. I just started a new job as well so being able to sign/submit documents on the go while at work just made things incredibly convenient for me. Thank you for everything!
