Mike Alea sat with us on our first meeting and prequalified us for the home we were interested in. After that it was a breeze his team did a great job moving us through the process quickly and smoothly. We have purchased four homes and by far this was the easiest process we have been through. We were recommended to them by our friends, and I too would recommend them a my friends as well. Any time we had a question it was answered with in a couple hours by Mike or his team, never before have I had such service.

They did a pretty good job. Everything worked out in the end, and we closed without any problems. My only complaints would be that his team lost contact with me for a little while, and I had to check in with them to make sure they weren't missing anything, which they were. We then were on a very short time frame to get paperwork back to them, which didn't work very well since I was out of town for that particular week. Also, Mike got our closing date wrong. He put the 18th, which my husband and I both request off work, but then our realtor told us we were misinformed and it was actually the 19th. This created unnecessary last minute scrambling for my husband and I to rearrange our schedules 2 days before closing. When we finally were getting ready to set a time for closing, Mike failed to tell me that he had sent everything over to the title company, and after waiting all day I had to call him to find out that everything had indeed gone through.

Michael and his supporting team were a pleasure to work with during a first time experience for us. With the lender behavior a bit different for beach condos, Michael worked to find a lender and an acceptable deal to enable us to close on a loan.
