Best Company for Mortgage Loans
I applied for a Mortgage loan with another company at first. when they were unsuccessful with getting my wife and I financed we were told to give FBC Mortgage a try. So, we contacted Lee Utley and he told us that he would do everything he could to get us financed. Along the way we hit some bumps in the road but Lee and the FBC staff were very patient, Prayerful, and Positive in assisting us with our loan process. Every step of the way we received videos which were very helpful in each stage of the loan process. Once we got to the end and were clear to close, we received an email and phone calls from Lee and the FBC staff congratulating us and guiding us through this process. We are very pleased with Lee Utley and the FBC Mortgage family and we would Definitely refer this company to our friends and family for the awesome job they assisting us.
Joseph's Tip: Work well with the Loan Officer, Be timely with giving the proper paperwork, Bank Statements, Explanations, etc when it is asked of you. Prepare yourself a budget and stick to it. Fix any problems that could delay your loan process prior to applying for a loan. Lastly, Do not open any new credit accounts, because they can hurt your debt ratio and allow you to miss your blessing.

Going above and beyond
When we hit a wall with a previous lender right at closing, Lee Utley and Tyler Ratay and team moved mountains in the matter of weeks to get our house closed. Words just cant express the gratitude. I know it wasnt easy but the team pulled it off and very quickly (less than a month really).

Lee Utley and his Team at FBC lending were so easy to work with. From start to finish I never had unanswered questions. I had been working with a different lender and ran into many problems and many unanswered questions. Once we decided to contact Lee and his Team, it was a breeze. Quick and easy
We were pre-approved with another lender, but the appraisal that was performed was a joke. The appraiser has an issue with the builder in the past. The builder put us in touch with Lee and his team. Lee made the process quick and was about as efficient as you could be. We were able to close on the home in two weeks! We cant say enough about how well the process was handled on your part. What?
Having been a long time home owner and not being in the market for the last 10 years i figured some things had changed. I would have liked to had a road map discussed in person or by phone of what was going to happen, who the different players were and their roles were, what information would be needed and what time frame we would be looking at. In stead, it seemed like a constant demand for this or that by people I didn't know; rushing to get it and waiting on a response that never came. In the end it worked out, but the personal touch would have made for a better experience.
