Poor service
Poor service because I would never receive a call if there were any changes I would find out from my realtor or his assistant. But only if I called. And I was promised a closing cost. And at closing was told I had to give 6k more. And was told I was informed 3 days before. Wich it was a complete lie. Would not recommend, time frame was way to long.

Eduardo was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. This was my first time applying for a loan and Eduardo took the time to schedule an in person meeting to thoroughly explain the whole process to me. He was always available to answer all my questions and was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I ended up canceling my offer on my first house (seller default) and Eduardo and his team stepped up and made sure the process for the next house (the one I closed on) was smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure my home buying experience was as stress free as possible.

My first house!
Eduardo was a great help! He helped me acquire my first home loan and I look forward to purchasing a few more here with him shortly. He took the time to work with me on the details and some of the hiccups that we had regarding my income. Where every other loan officer I spoke to didn’t try to even give it a shot. He made it happen. 2 others could’ve easily had my account they were just lazy and didn’t want to deal with it... he made it really easy.
