We were introduced to Christine Heath when looking at our first home which required preapproval to view the home. Although this was not the home for us Christine quickly adjusted our preapproval letter to meet the needs of other homes that we viewed. When we found the home that was our perfect fit Christine and the team worked diligently to be sure that all underwriting needs were met. Although we had a few issues to work out for our mortgage Christine communicated the needs quickly and provided advice on how to proceed. Everyone we worked with at FBC responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Christine was very accessible. Our closing occurred on time and without any issues. We are thankful to Christine , the team and FBC for guiding us through the process of obtaining a mortgage. We were able to close on time and without issue.
