A Great Experience
This is the 4th house I buy. I always find the house easily and have a miserable time with a broker or lender that shouldn't be in the business. This time I had a miserable time trying to find a house and the broker was simply awesome. They could not have made it any easier or been more helpful and attentive. Hands down the best experience with a broker I've ever had.

Made a Difficult Loan EASY!
Had a VA loan where we moved the closing date up by a week and a half. Mike's team was on the ball and had everything squared away. There were no issues at all! Paperwork was handled efficiently and conveniently. Would definitely use his team again. His team runs like a well-oiled machine.

When we encountered a hiccup at closing due to something the seller had done, the team was flexible and available to help us solve the problem quickly so we could keep things moving.
