Smoothest Real Estate Transaction Ever
Working with Kristin on my recent home purchase was an absolute pleasure. From the first consultation to closing, her professionalism and expertise (and friendliness!) were evident. She took the time to understand my situation, providing tailored advice and solutions. When you are buying a house in another state without being able to attend closing in person, you really need someone trustworthy, and let me assure you, Kristin is just that. Her industry knowledge and clear communication made the process smooth and stress-free. She was always responsive to my texts/emails, so I felt supported every step of the way. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is on another level. The portal she uses that assists you in uploading docs, etc. is really intuitive and leads to the smoothness of the transaction. The whole process was just incredibly straightforward, which is so welcome during what can be a stressful time for a lot of people. I highly recommend Kristin to anyone seeking mortgage services.

The whole FBC team that we worked with was great but I would like to recognize Matt McDuffee and Julie Honohan in particular. We started this process last fall when we put a contract on a condo. Our original offer was rejected as was our second offer. So, a lot of work was done in vain. However, in January, the sellers changed their minds and decided to accept our second offer. The back and forth continued though because this was a probate sale and there were insurance issues due to 4 point inspection issues. Julie Honohan jumped on that issue and got things squared away. Matt McDuffee worked through several iterations of the mortgage due to timing of the probate court and last minute requirements of the seller. Their ability to quickly and professionally react to changes made sure that everything got done just perfectly. Their communication with us was excellent. This was our second rodeo with FBC Mortgage and quite likely it is our last time but both experiences have been great.

Thank you so much Christine. Without you I could not have been able to do this. I had the opportunity to get a VA loan and Christine walked me through the whole process fast, easy, and politely. Sherry is Awesome!!
We started a house build process with maronda back in July 2023 & Sherry was one of the loan officers at the time. She was amazing!! Very thorough, kind, informative, and made the process very stress free! Unfortunately she was moved to FBC and we were not able to complete our home purchase process with her! However I was not happy with our new loan officer & I reached out to Sherry about some concerns & she was very helpful & still to this day I’m able to reach out to her & ask questions or express concerns & she has been so nice to respond & reassure us or answer questions we have!! We totally wish we were heading to closing with her next week! Sherry is highly recommended in our book for anyone looking for a loan officer!!
