Far exceeded my expectations
Purchasing a home consited of me searching for the right place for months and talking to multiple different loan officers and constantly feeling like I wasn't getting the entirity of the information upfront... until I spoke to Tyler. One the very first phone call, before I put the offer in on the house, Tyler spent over thirty minutes answering the vast amount of questions I had. Not only did he answer, he was direct, complete, honest and straight foward about every single answer. I knew then, this is the property for me! From that point on, he called regularly, walked me through each step, went above and beyond to be ensured that I was informed. I have a very busy and sparatic schedule and he adapted to that. He notified me when something was "urgent" vs something was "the quickest you can get to it". In the final days of the loan process he filled me in on what was to come, what to expect and gave me clear directions. Then on closing day he texted me while I was closing to congratulate me on closing. I know this sounds cliche but the best part of purchasing this particular property was Tyler. If I could give him infinity stars, I would. I would give him the highest recommendation possible and since have even sent family to him as clients. Thank you Tyler, if you ever read this, for everything! You made the process fun!

The process had major complication relative to the builder completion of our home. No fault to Jet Home Loans. However, Dabney's diligence, patience, professionalism and I would venture to say friendship - since he genuinely cares. There were obviously points of frustration that Dabney helped to ease during the process. No matter the issue of the day, his calm nature always shown through which impacts all involved. I truly appreciate all his hard work and the work of his team, in particular Jacqueline, his loan processor.
Louis's Tip: I am very particular about who I refer friends and family. Dabney fits the mold of someone I will refer those closest to me. Thank you again.

Poor Communication
We purchased from Jet Home Loans because it was required for our incentive on our new build. We found the communication to be pretty bad. As first time homebuyers, we didn't really know what questions to ask or what was going on, and often questions asked via email went unanswered. It was very frustrating. They also had 3 different people talking to us and I did not know who the primary contact should be or why there were so many people involved. it was also a challenge that they are in Florida and we are in Colorado. That time difference was challenging sometimes.

Pro and Cons of the Service
Worked hard to get the job done. Errors initial documents sent and delays in getting corrected ones to us in a timely fashion. Very responsive to questions we had quickly . Whereas the VA strongly recommends that the lender representative make all the filings and submit all the proper documents to the VA ( and not the one applying for a COE) we filed all the documents, provided all the information they required to the VA,and followed up with them constantly for a status and after 51/2 months rec'd the C O E and . During this time we were asked by your loan processor for mounds of information almost daily,some of which we had already sent and Jet Loan had. It seemed we complied with all Jet Loan required but it never seemed enough. I personally don't accept believing that all of what you required was necessary and that we had given you more than needed to make a decision.
Thomas's Tip: To future clients- Do not sign that contract before seeing an attorney to review it. We didn't and only learned later what a stranglehold contract it is. It protects Dreamfinders only , offers little to nothing for the buyer and is punitive if not followed to the "T".
