It was efficient for us to be able to communicate via email during the process. Our questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. The only area of opportunity I would say is to let us know the closing date ahead of time. We felt like as we were going through the process, the next steps as for the documents needed were clear but it was hard for us to plan around a closing date that we didn't know about until a week before.

Saved us time, stress and money
I got in touch with Gary after going through a mildly disastrous attempt at refinancing my loan with my current lender, Mr. Cooper d/b/a Nationstar. Talk about a nightmare. Now, I was not the most vigilant about reviewing the Closing Disclosure during that debacle. We ended up rescinding the refi due to the awful terms. That's when I decided to contact my realtor for her advise. She recommended Gary. I immediately called him, and just about a month later, we were closed on this refinance. He saved me several thousand dollars. It was a good experience and I'd recommend Gary to everyone.
