We originally got denied by Trustco who are scammers and shouldn't be in the mortgage business. We almost lost the house because of the time lost. Debra and Lis at Fidelity stepped in and were amazing and so on it! We heard from them every day to get us through the process. They even made personalized videos to inform us where we were in the process and they sincerely care about us.
