I remember calling in and pictured the process to be very complicated. Danielle was absolutely incredible to work with and made the process so easy. She kept constant open communication and was very kind and respectful. I by far have had an excellent experience purchasing my home and refinancing my home. After my transaction was complete I shared my experience with friends, family and coworkers and encouraged them to reach out to this company.

We did a VA Construction loan originally a year ago. The staff was extremely helpful . Allision kept us informed of rates before we closed. But John Fosgate actually reach out to us to offer a lower rate at a very small cost to lock in rate. We were extremely satisfied to get the 4.125% when we closed on the final. As you know things started to change and interest rates began to drop. We reached out to them again about a re-fi and found that the rates were at all time low. 2.75% so we began re-fi process. They made every thing so simple, and very easy. And again John Fosgate reached out to us to let us know rates were back up, and that he found a company that would honor the rate we were quoted. so we lock it in. He didn't have to do that. They truly look out for their clients best interest , I feel . It has been the best home mortgagee experience we have ever experienced .
