FBC held our original loan. We decided to go with a competitive company for our refinance. That company held us on the line for 4 months. FBC and Blake had us at closing in a months time. I have no idea why I tried a different company. FBC handle our original loan and our refinancing quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again

Thoughtful and Knowledgeable Service and a Smooth Handling Process
Kelly and her team are a delight to work with. They offer an attractive construction to perm loan option for those looking to build a home on their own lot, or as we did, select a home site in a builder planned subdivision to have one of their designed floor plan models with selected options and customizations to be built on the lot of our choosing. Our closing so far was for the construction portion of the loan so the builder can take draws and build the home, with the builder being responsible for the loan payments until the construction is done. Once construction is completed, the loan will be converted to a permanent loan through another closing which is for the conventional 30 year term and rate. There has been excellent communication and handling of the loan process including coordination and communication with the builder. All questions, follow ups, and email communications were handled promptly and the construction loan closing was completed within the expected time. It was also a tremendous help that a lot of the process could be done through electronic documents and signatures too since we do not currently live in the area we are moving to. We highly recommend Kelly and her team for all these reasons and also because they are very understanding of your needs, offer the best alternatives, and are very pleasant to deal with!

The customized experience
Jay and company were very professional throughout the whole loan process. Jay sends out these customized video with your name embedded in the videos. At one point there was a biopsy with my name written on it. Once my wife saw that she said - No way! Let’s close on this house before you get any funny ideas. Thank you Jay! I am going to buy another investment home soon and it will be with Jay. Besides, have extra money saved from not getting that boat.
Alberto's Tip: Use the portal. Lots of information there. Easy to follow all the steps for all the paperwork needed. Trust the portal. It will connect to your W2 and bank to get all the supporting evidence you need.

My fiance and I are first time home buyers and therefore we had a lot of questions and concerns along the way of the loan process. Rob and his team (Terie and Amy) did an amazing job of being there for us this entire time. We received e-mails with new updates and videos to watch that explained each step of the way.
