Bumpy experience
Our experience started off pretty good but as the process proceeded, it was a very up and down experience. We were able to close quickly which was great but trying to get the loan officer on the phone was nearly impossible.

FBC Mortgage gave us the loan we needed to purchase our home. The only issue I found stressful was that documents were requested last minute and the list was always incomplete causing us to have to submit documents almost daily. The final amount of the down payment was not available to us until half hour before the scheduled closing. Thus caused much delays and undue stress. Jeff Schneider took on the loan after Buddy left. Jeff was a professional at all times and he did his best to make the loan process smooth. I give Jeff 5 stars. I give FBC Mortgage 3 stars.
