Had a great experience with FBC mortgage! Norman Bocci and his team were amazing. I'm a first time buyer and was pretty ignorant to the ins and outs of buying a property. Norman and his team were so helpful and patient with me. I had a million questions and they never made me feel like I was a bother, they were very patient and helped me through every step of the way! We just purchased our first home and we worked with Shayfer Early at FBC Mortgage, and we couldn’t be happier. Shayfer was a pleasure to work with, he made the entire process very easy for us and guided us the whole way. With this being our first home we didn’t know much about this process or how it worked, but Shayfer was always there to answer any and all questions we had. He got us a great rate, and made sure to stay on top of everything the whole time so there were never any surprises. I would 100% recommend working with FBC and more specifically Shayfer Early.

I am a first time home buyer and I've heard so many horror stories about how stressful it is to buy a home. This was definitely not the case for me. Step by step Larry was amazing. Working with The Bice team is always a pleasure. They're all right on top of what paperwork is needed to get the necessary approvals- and they get it done quickly. In our case, we closed on a re-fi in about 5 weeks.
Timothy's Tip: Get all the paperwork together beforehand, i.e. tax returns, W-2s, 1099s, pay stubs, VA eligibility letter, etc. Have it scanned and ready to email, or ready to fax on request.

Finally closed
Kyle Chubboy was absolutely amazing throughout this process. Couldn’t have asked for someone better. That being said, I wish others at his company did their job like he does his. There were times where I felt like there was horrendous communication between the underwriting team and the loan officer. Had the underwriting team been up front with the loan officer from the beginning the loan would’ve closed on time. It is only because of Kyle that the loan closed at all. His hard work and knowing that the loan was completely possible was what allowed me to close on the home. I urge the company to look at their communications process between departments and make improvements. If they do not, business will be lost for them. Again, couldn’t be happier with Kyle Chubboy. He was truly amazing throughout this entire process!
