FBC made a difficult process easier.
This is the second time we have used Jennifer and her team at FBC. Both instances have been exceptional. They walked us through the process and explained every step of the way. The only hiccup was that they were still asking for documents just a few days before we were scheduled to close which was a bit confusing...but other than that it was smooth sailing. Fastest pre-Approval I’ve ever seen!
These guys were great, we had an Indra one day that maybe buying would be better then renting, I made a phone call to my realtor in the morning and by that afternoon we was pre-approved and ready to go house shopping! Very easy to work with also. I feel like I had an excessive amount of questions and Paul was always right there a text message away... Paul also advised and help me gain a few points on my credit which saved me a ton on interest rate! These guys gave me a better rate then even I expect and had as my goal! Incredible service!
