Very organized process. I have not purchased a home since the 2007/8 Financial Crisis, so I was a bit surprised by the intense level of underwriting. There were meaningful time gaps between information requests. That was a bit frustrating, but I will assume that I was in a queue. Nice job.

FBC mortgage is such a great company, the team I was assigned to were great! They always made sure that you have everything you need and made sure you understand everything, i was always in contact with them and any questions I had they always answered it promptly. Thorough and Accurate
Last year, my husband and I used a different lender to try to buy a house, and financing fell through right before closing. That other lender made a lot of mistakes, so we were very nervous to try to buy a house again. FBC listened to our concerns and made sure go through everything carefully to avoid any mistakes. We closed on our house, so they obviously did their job correctly! Thank you :)

Jackie has been such a blessing to work with. She is very thorough and has made this process very doable and easier than expected.
