The most stressful event of my life
The 2 star rating is because we actually closed on time despite our loan nearly falling apart towards the end and had some miracle workers above April who fixed the problem. I could write probably a 2 page paper describing the events that transpired with our loan but I'll keep this short; no one should ever fear they might not get their house 3 days before closing then fear again a day before closing because of the way she handles loans. We caught her in a very big lie and found out a day before closing what she did with our loan, the entire process up until the week of closing was smooth with some bumps but overall pleasant until the very end when we had to practically wrestle for our 1003 forms that we were told we could see "tomorrow" or "tonight" and were being told that a week prior then the last day told they'll be at the closing table. Not once did we actually get to see them and found a massive problem less then 24 hours before signing because we had to get our realtor on it and find out why we still don't have them. In the end the problem was solved by the people above April but we had to sit at the signing table nearly 4 hours waiting on documents and approvals. A very stressful string of events days before close that had my partner nearly in tears, again the problem was fixed and we're very happy with the outcome but all could of been avoided had our lender been honest at the start and could of taken our business elsewhere.

I was searching for a home, I submitted a questionnaire to the Builder the contact me right away gave me an appointment to come in. I was introduce thee FBC Mortgage LLC, they was courteous and professional. FBC walk me through the process with every questions I had it was explain to me in detail. I recommend this Lender.

Friendly but sometimes unclear communication
Clayton and his team were helpful and friendly but I was sometimes frustrated by the unclear or slow communication. But, everything worked out in the end and we got our house, so all's well that ends well!

Relatively painless
The FBC Mortgage process is relatively painless. This is not my first home mortgage so I am familiar with the process. My last mortgage was with the bank I do all of my banking with so I did not have to provide as much as they had a lots of my documents already. However, uploading all required documents to the FBC site was not all that difficult. We only had a few instances in which communication broke down a little bit but overall my experience was not that bad. Also, I had 0 issues with communication, all questions via phone or email were responded to in a timely manner.
Rhett's Tip: Save emails and document what you submit when you submit it to avoid submitting anything more than once.
