Victor has amazing superseded every expectation I had of him by far. His skills and customer service are impeccable!! Victor is definitely the greatest. He was always accessible, always had the answers, prompt, and efficient! Each time I wanted to give up, Victor kept going and motivated me until he was able to get us to accomplish our dream! Fast, efficient and headache free
I am usually very wary when I work with any business as from my experience people tend to make stupid mistakes all the time; however, the experience I had with Loan officer Victor Arreola and subsequently FBC Mortgage was a breeze. I was pre-approved and later cleared to close without any issues or delays. I have to admit Victor lived up to his promises. He was not all talk. And at the same time, he did it while maintaining great customer service. Thank you so much for such a great experience :)

I thought moving from Pa. to Florida would be rough, but Victor is very thoughtful, professional, and a calm in a storm. With the help of Shayla Brown, his people help guide me thru very ruff waters. I would recommend anyone to listen to him. He's helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the work from FBC. My son wants to move here also. I would strongly point him to Victor Arreola.

Wasn't a good experience second time around
This was our second time using FBC mortgage as this was our second home purchase. We were surprised at how different the experience was this time around. We kept getting incorrect information that almost delayed our closing. We had to contact the branch manager in order to get the information we needed. The loan officer and processor didn't seem to really work together. When we expressed our concerns to the processor she simply said she doesn't handle that. We felt she could've contacted the officer to help us but that didn't happen. Just overall, we didn't have a good experience.
