Bureaucratic, tiring and some things very expensive!
The process was very unpleasent. Many informations requested repeatedly, delay in response, requested documents partially, etc. Many times I wanted to give up and pay the property with my money, but because of the insistence of my realtor... I continued. On the closing had more problems, we wait more than 3 hours in office! All persons involved in this process were very angry with FBC process. And more... All costs of this process were very expensive and I had one charge completaly unacceptable! I had to pay $ 600 for a translator! but my wife and I speak English ! Since the beginning of the process all our negotiation was in English. But anyway... In the end we reached the goal and the process worked. I confess that I will think 10x before quoting a new credit operation with the FBC.

Veronica provided superb customer service throughout the process of my refi. She kept me informed via email and phone, as necessary. From first contact to closing of my loan was less than 6 weeks. I was honestly somewhat apprehensive using an out-of-state online company and not a brick and mortar hometown bank, HOWEVER, this was the most professional and stress free closing I have ever had!
