They go above and beyond to make us feel special and confident in our investment.
Victoria's Tip: Meet with a loan officer earlier than you planned on looking for a home. We thought 4 months before we needed to move seemed too early but in the end getting pre-qualified as soon as you want to start looking is so helpful.

As a first time home buyer I was super nervous and unsure about buying, and had a million questions! Tyler was way ahead of the game on every step of the process and every question or concern I had. Tyler was beyond helpful and extremely thorough throughout the entire process! He was very accessible and always available to be contacted. Tyler also went above and beyond in helping me get the best possible terms of my mortgage and did a fine job using his skills and knowledge of the bond program available here in orange county!
