Tina was AMAZING

I don’t know how I would have made it through this process without Tina Jackson. Her patients, her ability to lead the conversation with empathy but still getting the job done. It was so so many time I just wanted to give up and yet Tina help me to understand the process. She wa Las in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and she still sends me emails checking in on me a whole month later. This woman is amazing l, limd, gentle, and know her business. I would suggest her to everybody that I know wants to purchase a home. Thank you Tina you did an awesome jobs. Shelia's Tip: Be patient, what ever they ask for, just get it. Don’t give up. It’s a process but it’s well worth the wait. I have people living right next door to me renting there place for way more than what my mortgage is. It’s crazy.....Be kind to the mortgage company when they call and ask for information that they may need. It’s a reason they need it😉

Greatest experience ever

I wanna start by saying that from the very beginning I never had a problem. This being my first home I felt that every precaution was taken to make sure my experience was AMAZING. I can not express how wonderful Tina Jackson was. Every question,every piece of paperwork that I didn't understand or needed Tina was there. My life has changed since meeting Tina and I am very grateful for her productivity and commitment. If you want to actually get something done in this crazy environment of Las Vegas you need a professional that can do things fast and Tina Jackson is that professional. Professional AND Personable. We are highly satisfied with Tina and how the loan process was handled (from beginning to end). Tina kept the communication lines open 24/7 and ALWAYS made us feel at ease. She was just as excited about us closing on our home and the different programs offered and she made us feel comfortable during the whole process. Explained EVERYTHING, very detailed oriented, so we knew why, what, when, and how it all was going forward. We could ask her anything and she would answer all our questions. Very personable.
