Overall, we had a good experience with FBC. Most of the people we interacted with were professional and helpful. However, there seemed to be some major breakdowns in communication as we were asked for multiple documents on multiple different occasions by different people. It didn't seem as if the team was communicating well and on the same page. In addition, the loan processor caused us much frustration with her demeanor and lack of professionalism.

I just closed on my second home today, 10.8.14. The contract was signed on 9.9.14. In less than 30 days, everything was completed.
