My experience with Stephanie was amazing! It all started with a super fast pre-approval letter. It was a smooth and easy process. She was super professional, friendly, always answering my questions fast and she worked very hard for me, never give up at all and found the best solution and package for me. Because of all her hard work and support, I have my house. What we pay matters, absolutely. And she got me the best rate and without a lot of hassle, time or pain. I will be referring my friends to her and will rely on her again.

We began our refinance with another lender that actually solicited us. After delving deeper into the process, that lender denied our application due to the fact that our income is primarily through contract work rather than as a salaried employee. At that point we were still interested in doing a refinance before the impending interest rate hikes to divest from Wells Fargo. A friend referred us to Stephanie. We're very grateful for her and her associate Drew for all their help through the process. It took more hand-holding and special attention than we ever anticipated, and I don't believe it would have been possible without their care and creativity.

I just want to say I had an amazing experience working with Stephanie! She walked me through the process in a nonjudgmental way. She always gave me all of the facts before I made any choices. And on top of that she was willing to go downtown to get paperwork for me, just so I didn't have to go!!!!!! Great job! I will refer all of my friends and family.

This was my first home buying experience and Stephanie and her team made it the easiest part of the whole process. I have had some unique compensation for work over the last couple years, and most lenders either flat out refused to work with me, or needed an inordinate amount of paperwork to get me approved with an interest rate TRIPLE what Stephanie got for me. She communicated with me through every step of the process, told me exactly what she needed and how to get it all handled, where to go and what to do. It could not have been a simpler process to work with her and not only am I looking forward to getting my next home loan through her, but I will be referring all of my friends and family to her as well. She really helped me out and I can't thank her enough. I love my new house and we even managed to close early with a rate WAY below what my own bank is offering! Thank you so much Stephanie!!
Ryan's Tip: Ask for Stephanie and Drew, they are the best team and are constantly fighting for you. They got me a better rate than I asked for and we were able to close even earlier than I expected, they are the best!
