She was very detailed with her instructions for information needed to obtain the loan, guided me multiple times on how to obtain various priority documents, exercised great patience when the seller kept changing the closing dates, was always available to answer queries and kept me calm when I wanted to walk due to sellers lack of commitment. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Stephanie was always pleasant and professional. She walked us through the entire mortgage process which can be intimidating. She always answered our questions and was always available!! We had some difficulties with our builder which was more stressful than the mortgage process. We ended up having the closing date change several times due to builder issues. Stephanie was given extremely short notice for closing and made it happen! Stephanie was a huge part of making our dream come true and she truly did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend her to others!!
