The only thing I was disappointed in was the communication towards closing. We had to do a few things last minute that would have been less stressful if done earlier. Sheri was very nice and always returned our calls.

She is phenomenal at her job and truly made something I didn't think was ever going to happen, actually happen. She made a dream truly come true. Long Distance Purchase
I reside in CT and worked with Sheri Little who is in SC. I had some concerns about the possible difficulty of purchasing from out of state, but everything was handled perfectly. Sheri answered all of my calls and emails quickly and provided all needed info. The whole experience was very positive.

As long term members of USAA we originally decided to use them for our mortgage. After a frustrating month of little to no communication after being approved for a loan and finding a house to purchase we decided to go local with FBC. Sheri was great from the first day!
