Loan Process

I felt that both the Loan Officer and Loan Processor were very professional. The process took longer than I felt was necessary, as my husband and I had enough money to buy the property outright, and it seemed we kept running into delays on the final approval for our loan.

Wendy's Tip: Make sure that your realtor and the seller's realtor know what they are doing. Otherwise, the loan process will not go smoothly.
