Outstanding
Seymoine is outstanding and she goes the extra mile to help her clients. She is someone that everyone should use for the mortgages!!!!! Loan didn't close on time, but it was the fault of the VA inspector and the bank that owned the property, but Seymoine kept me up to date on everything.

I could not have asked for a better Agent. Seymoine and Stacy made us feel like we were the only client they had. We had several hicups in the sale and purchase of our home outside the control of Seymoine and Stacy. She was able to think outside of the box and figure a way to get our home closed quickley and in time to enjoy the Christmas holiday. I would highly recomend Seymonine and Stacy.

Closing in a Time Crunch
Seymoine Schmidt and Stacy Morgan went above and beyond normal service to complete a loan package for my buyer, allowing them to close as they requested, and allowing the sellers to close 'out of state' on their home the same day. The loan was turned in on December 11, 2013 and we closed January 7, 2014. With the holidays entwined in this time frame it was questionable as to whether they could 'beat the clock'. Everything was riding on the completion of the loan package and HUD approval, and they worked tirelessly to make certain that my client was well taken care of and for that I am very grateful. Their upbeat spirit and professionalism during this process was stellar. Communication was excellent with a prompt turnaround time for reply to inquiries. I am very appreciative of both their hard work and fantastic service rendered. I salute them!

Very satisfied with the whole process. Seymoine, our loan officer, was very helpful from the very beginning by providing a list of documents we would need to have available when we found the property we wanted to purchase and were ready to start the loan application process. Stacy was great, responded to my questions promptly and confirmed receipt of each submission letting me know if that was what they needed or if I needed to provide a different document.

Wonderful service. Seymoine Schmidt and her staff provide a great atmosphere within the scope of work that they do. They strive to make the process as easy as possible in an area where there is lots of work to be done. Not only were they able to assist me with a great refinance that will save me money, but they were also able to refer me to an insurance broker who then saved me even more.
