We went with Scott Kennedy at FBC Mortgage to do our refinance on our home. Scott made a somewhat complicated process easy and smooth. We even closed before our scheduled close date! He was available to answer any questions that we had and helped us understand the process. I couldn't recommend Scott enough!

Great Rate, disappointed in the process.
As a first time home buyer, I felt very jerked around in this entire process. I do feel satisfied about my rate, and the down payment that I put down was helpful for my finances. Nobody told me when to expect things, nobody introduced who they were when they emailed me - it was a lot of here, sign this, do that. I'd be happy to do whatever they needed, as long as the document was simply explained to me. I had a lot of issues with various things, which all got figured out - but that wouldn't have been issues had somebody simply explained the process to me better (or, for that matter at all.) FBC disappointed me badly.

I’m thankful and grateful to Scott Kennedy, Susan Gentile and FBC Mortgage for closing my loan on time. As always, it was pleasure working with them during this loan journey and making it to the finish line successfully on time... Closing it on time, was very critical here, to avoid extra fees and unnecessary penalties from the seller and title company. FBC Mortgage made it happen on time and closed the loan on time.
