Superb Service!!
What can I say about Scott. I was stuck with a lender who was not meeting any of my contractual deadlines. It looked like I would end up needing an extension on my closing date as well. I spoke to Scott Hoag at FBC and he immediately took an interest in helping me switch lenders and get into my new home. Scott serviced my loan and I was able to close on my loan in just two weeks after switching lenders!!!!!!! He is not only a great loan officer but he takes the time to call and make sure that all your questions are answered. You actually feel like a friend rather than just an applicant for a mortgage loan. Great job Scott and keep doing what you do best!!!!!

My loan took way too long, 5 months but it was due to one particular employee who let it sit on her desk. However, I am so impressed with Scott Hoag. He went above and beyond to help me get this loan through. I actually miss talking to him because I feel like I made a friend. He is such an asset to FBC. I cannot say enough great adjectives to give to him. We had a difficult loan & because it took so long, circumstances changed. For some reason, another employee held up my paperwork. I cannot give her a good rating. She was also extremely nit picky.
Crystal's Tip: Be ready to scan a lot of your income documents! If a week goes by & you hear nothing you should call!
