Accessible and Stress Free
This is the fourth time we have used Scott and his team at FBC. They make the process of buying or refinancing a home easy. They are very organized and make sure we had plenty of time to gather information they needed to process our loan. Any questions we have are almost immediately answered via email and phone calls seem to never go to voicemail. Simply amazing customer service!

Scott assured me that with this re-fi there would be NO money needed from me. In factor in addition to increasing the value of the loan $6,000, I had to pay over $2,000 out of pocket to complete. I also indicated that I didn’t wish to escrow insurance, but the final statement (which I received about 2 hours prior to closing) had insurance being escrowed. We were leaving town that same afternoon, so I went left it as is. The loan processor, Gina Leonovich, lacks even the slightest customer service skills. She also worked on our original loan, in addition to the re-fi. Can’t believe you allow her to have any client interaction.
