Easy Process
Scott Fosgate and team (Alexis Ritchie and Connie Reeves) were a pleasure to work! I especially liked their online portal to share and upload documents (it was a better process than my last loan with Wells Fargo!).

FBC Mortgage made my Refi happen
I wanted to consolidate my mortgage, home equity line, and a few credit cards into one easy payment over a 15 yr term. My mortgage and HELOC was with the same bank and when I approached them, they were reluctant to help and offered me an absurd rate. Working with FBC was easy and efficiently processed. Start to finish took roughly 30 days and the communication was excellent. I worked with Kevin Houck from start to finish and I could not be happier. He was amazing! He explained every step of the process, answered my questions, and helped me sort out a few details that I was very particular about, which made this refi happen. Thank you to everyone at FBC for their help in this process, but Kevin Houck definitely deserves the credit for making this happen for my family.

Great Communication and Easily Accessible
This is my third time working with Scott Fosgate and his team. I don't know how the service gets better each time. It is truly remarkable that they can make great service even better! Their communication is exceptional. I don't think an email went more than 15 minutes without a response and if I needed to call the office I never had to leave a message as I was able to connect directly with the person I was calling. In a day and age when everything is digital, they are able to really give the personal touch! Would refer them to anyone in a heartbeat!
