Scott was very helpful , I was unhappy that he did not show up to the closing though and it was hard to get a hold of them when I needed to talk to someone . Overall he did try his best to help me out but I would have preferred if I was able to get a hold of him quicker .

The loan was sold within one month. The new loan number for the servicing mortgage company was not provided. The mailing address for making payment was not correct and caused me to mail the first check to an incorrect address. It took an entire day of my time to fix the problem and I had to stop payment on the check since I did not know where it was going. Not good. Someone needs to pay better attention to detail.
