I suggest many of my buyers contact Scott. The first time I used him was during the height of the economic turmoil. My buyers were two weeks away from closing when their lender closed down. We called Scott on a Friday, he met with my buyers Saturday, got the ball rolling and helped them close on time! Last year when appraisals were causing many a deal to fall apart, the local appraiser sent by FBC went the extra mile by getting very detailed and comprehensive comparables for a unique home. Scott even had the HUD ready 3 days before closing!!!

BEST OF THE BEST!!
This started out as an "done deal". Buyers were more than qualified to buy the home. One week before closing, out of nowhere a crazy problem reared it's ugly little head. Scott worked diligently to assist the Buyers with information on what had to be done to clear it up and needless to say we closed on time! Scott goes beyond the call to make closings happen!
