Times have changed immensely since we purchased our last house and today's procedures seemed overwhelming! Our FBC officer was very patient with us and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and of all the other FBC agents we had to deal with along the way. I have heard so many stories lately of how complicated it is these days to get a mortgage. I expected the process to be a nightmare. The truth is, Quita made this process a walk in the park. From our offer on the house to the closing was about a month. She and her team were clear and concise about the info they needed from us. They walked us through the process and made sure we understood everything at every turn. I will never use any other mortgage group than FBC. And I will only refer my friends, family and clients to FBC.
