This is the first time that I have dealt with a conventional mortgage and I am so glad I got Quinta Outridge of FBC mortgage.as my mortgage representative. She was patient in explaining tom me any questions I might have, and I did have!, and made everything seem effortless. I have heard the horrors of closing and can honestly say my experience was pleasant. FBC itself is a good company but people like Quinta make it great!

Relatively Painless
The loan officer was pleasant to deal with. Closing was smooth and relatively painless. The only negative was that they waited until the day they needed a document to ask for it. This meant scrambling to get things, and stress that was unneeded. Everyone was friendly, did their job, and we are very happy with the end result.

Quinta went above and beyond! Her customer service was exceptional. She was prompt in responding to our questions and keeping us informed of the process. The home buying experience can be challenging and overwhelming. However, Quinta helped to relieve both by being very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient during the entire process from beginning to end. She was very direct and thorough when explaining the requirements as well as possible scenarios and outcomes. She was very patient when answering my many questions. She was always available when I called or responded timely when I left a message. Additionally I appreciate that she had a great sense of humor and inserted it when needed while remaining very professional. The entire process went exactly the way she described and there were never any surprises other than the starbucks gift card that came in the mail to thank me for my business when I submitted the initial loan application.

Contracts often came in with mistakes, could take several days to get replies by email, dragged heels and almost missed closing date. We only went with FBC because the builder gave $3000 to closing costs to use them.
