My wife Julia and I really enjoyed working with Quinta on the loan for our new home. She worked very hard for us in getting us a great rate. WOW
My experience left me speechless! I truly felt like Quinta had our best interest at heart and that FBC wanted us to own a home! We were treated like customers should be treated. Constant communication, clarity, just good old friendliness! WOW WOW WOW! I'm speechless and so blessed to have had this experience! Not to mention I love our new home. Thanks so much Quinta and FBC!

I worked with Quinta Outridge during my approval process. she was wonderful, understanding and genuinely concerned with me & my approval. She took the time to explain everything I had a question about, reassuring me each and every time. Her advice was wonderful, and working with her has been equally wonderful. She's such a nice, real person, and her dedication to doing her job well is evident in everything she does! She treated me as if I was someone she had known for life. I appreciate everything she done for me, the overwhelming feelings were eased when ever I spoke with her. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing, she made my experience a wonderful experience! Thank you Quinta!

Quinta the Miracle Worker
Quinta can make what seems more than likely impossible....happen! I was a victim of identity theft through the IRS. Quinta agressively, but very professionally, navigated the many hoops of fire to assist in restoring my identity and my IRS transcript! This was accomplished with a looming deadline for the lock-in rate on my loan. Quinta had us setup for closing the day before our lock-in rate expired! She is a miracle worker in many ways!! I highly recommend Quinta Outridge to anyone who asks, and even those who don't. I am forever greatful for the hardwork and dedication of this woman!!
