Horrible and very unprofessional service. I feel half the staff wasn't familiar with the process. I had to make numerous calls to get things moving including the appraisal office, loan officer, and different people at the office. There were some hiccups along the way, but the office staff was not proactive to get things done if I wasn't emailing, texting, and/or calling every day.

Amazing Company!

For being first time home buyers we were walked through step by step on what we needed to do to get approved, once we got there, they helped make sure we had everything we needed and were in constant communication with us to make sure we knew all the steps that the loan goes through and what to expect after. Incredible Service!

FBC took over our loan application when another lender told us it wasn't going to happen. We had the resources needed, but my husbands' job required extra footwork to get it done. Stormie bent over backwards, and worked hard to get all of the required information together. I am thoroughly impressed with her work ethic and knowledge. I am happy to say that we have been in our new home for two weeks now. I attribute that fact to Stormie putting in the extra work to get it done. I would highly suggest FBC for your home loan!

Amazing Experience

This was our first home buying experience and it was amazing! The whole FBC team was consistently on the same page with me. They encouraged me to ask questions through out the whole process would include me in every detail throughout the buying experience.
