FBC mortgage was given to us by our relator because the person that we were buying our house from did not want to deal with a big box lender. Norman was able to figure out a few unexpected hiccups along the way and was able to close on time. The FBC montage team was great on getting us in our house.

Norman and his team at FBC were outstanding. Norman's calm, approachable demeanor took the drama out of the market's variability, as the FED's rate-hike discussions were on the front pages during our loan process. He gave straight, deliberate answers to our questions without adding needless worry about what the FED might do. His team made submission of the paperwork necessary relatively simple, and was all collected electronically, which made the process much more convenient than necessary. Finally, Norman and FBC were able to lock us in at or below their competitor's rates, their fees were the lowest of the competitors that we checked, and perhaps most-importantly, the funding package was provided to our closing agent about a week before closing!

Our buyer came into us with a very tight timeline to close. They wanted to move the closing date up...which of course, requires lender cooperation. We were able to move the closing date up 19 days, and there was no difficulty at all. Very impressive!
