Norm explained the process well and the differences to watch for in applying for a loan on a property to be used for rental. He added value in that aspect of the process. Overall it took longer than I expected but it did get done a few days before closing. The lending environment is much slower these days, so understandable.

My first contact with Norman was on a Saturday. I desperatly needed a Pre Approval Letter to make an offer on the house we ended up buying and Norman interrupted a fishing trip to help me out on his day off. This says everything!! Norman did everything he promised to do, went above and beyond my expectations and we closed on time without any major effort on our side. Norman is great and I will recommend him to everybody I know.
