Fantastic Experience
We were in our home for about a year when we started thinking about refinancing to remove the pmi and get some money out from the equity to pay off some debt. We talked with Michael and he explained the process to us and walked us through everything and was there with us every step of the way. He was available whenever we needed him and he answered every single question no matter how silly or small it was. He made us feel very comfortable with refinancing and with the process and even though we weren't able to pull out as much as we had hoped he still helped us achieve the best option for us. I am so thankful he was there and for all of his help. I would recommend everyone go with Michael and with FBC Mortgage if they get the chance.

Michael has provided me with excellent service. He not only helped me in getting my refinance procedure processed, he also educated me on ways to continue to handle my financial affairs. He was very patient with me, and explained anything that I didn't understand. I have already referred some friends to work with him, and I will continue to do so.

Awesome job
Mike is not only my lender I refer to all my buyers but he refinanced my house twice when the rates dropped to all time lows. He got me an amazing interest rate and saved me two months of mortgage payments. I trust Mike that’s why I refer him to all my first time buyers because I know he will be there for them through the whole process. He always takes calls and is friendly and professional. He also does first time buyer programs which most lenders don’t bother. Mike is an awesome lender.

Phet's Tip: Be sure to have all your documents ready and provide to the loan officer when needed. Be attentive and prompt on your response. The sooner the loan officer has what’s needed, the faster the process. Pay off your debts to bring your credit scores up for better rate.

He did his job to get the loan closed.
After our first realtor kept dragging us along. We decided to go with someone else but use the same loan officer. After about week we already had an offer accepted. This information was share with out first realtor. He hardly communicated with our realtor to keep him in the loop. He didn't know we were closing early and we are now out of the re inspection window. So any repairs that weren't finished will have to be done by us. I would not recommend Michael for new homeowners or people who like getting only the bare minimum information.

Having worked with other lenders before, FBC went very smoothly comparatively. Very responsive and clear in what is needed, which unfortunately isn't the norm for the industry. Would recommend.

Exceptional Service
I wanted to to Thank Michael Khoury and his Sales Manager Daniel Hartwell for getting this loan done for my Dad who is a VETERAN of 20 years. It was an easy loan but some hurdles at the end and without the expertise and knowledge of the FBC Team Hartwell not sure if it was ever going to close. I would recommend anyone looking for a VA Lender or any Lender at that fact to definitely give Team Hartwell a call!!! One thing I will definitely say is that as a Buyer if you provide ALL the documentation the lender is requesting immediately it does save a lot of time and the process is painless and smooth.
